谷埔及鳳坑位處新界東北，北臨沙頭角海，谷埔及鳳坑一帶的濕地紅樹林亦成為了鷺鳥的天堂。另外，谷埔村是包括谷埔老圍、新屋下、一肚、二肚、三肚、四肚及五肚數個小村落組成，村前有一大片蘆葦草田，景色怡人。
Kuk Po, and Fung Hang are located at northern east area in New Territories, to the south of Starling Inlet, the wetlands in the place are home to the birds. There are number of smaller villages under Kuk Po, Lau Vui, Sin Vuk Ha, Ngi Du, Sam Du, Si Du and Ng Du.
